WHAT TYPES OF CLASSES OR COURSES ARE THERE?
Well in order to get started, you’ll need to LEARN THE ABSOLUTE BASICS BY EITHER ATTENDING A LEVEL 1 SUITABLE CLASS, ATTENDING A BEGINNER COURSE OR BY COMPLETING A PRIVATE LESSON. This is all about building confidence whilst learning the most fundamental skills.
WE HAVE MANY CLASSES RUNNING WEEKLY OPEN TO LEVEL 1. YOU DO NOT NEED TO ATTEND THE SAME TIME OR CLASS EACH WEEK SO CAN BE FLEXIBLE TO YOUR SHIFT PATTERNS / LIFESTYLE. THESE SESSIONS CAN BE PAID FOR ON A DROP IN BASIS OR USING A CLASS PASS.
Courses run at the same time each week for 4 consecutive weeks. You do not need to attend every week to ‘pass’ the course, but it’s advisable WHERE POSSIBLE AS THE SPOTS ARE NON TRANSFERRABLE. After completion of the course, you can JOIN ANY CLASSES LABELLED TO INCLUDE LEVEL 2 (I.E LEVEL 1 - 2, 1 - 3, 1 - 6)
Another option is to complete the first few sessions privately / in small group sessions with a friend. These are brilliant for those who are extremely nervous, returning to exercise after injury or pregnancy, or those unable to attend our regular schedule. If you have already attended a beginner course or classes, either with us or else where, and would like to join the Level 2 class straight away, please feel free to do so.

THE COSTS
4 Week intro courses are £40
Drop in sessions are £15 or ‘The Newbie’ Membership is £60 for 6 sessions. This is only available once and must be used within 42days of first use (6weeks). This is a single purchase, there is no commitment / rolling contract.
