PRIVATE GROUP HIRE (4+ PEOPLE)

PRIVATE EVENTS are 90minutes in length and can cover up to 3 disciplines depending on your requests. THESE MAY INCLUDE POLE, AERIAL HOOP OR AERIAL HAMMOCK. WE WILL ALSO COVER A WARM UP / COOL DOWN STRETCH TO FINISH. They can be tailored to suit your needs, be that a fitness based workout, a more gentle intro or something more flirty, fun and dance based.

Please note that whilst our adult parties are a great night out, please save any drinking until after your session. Alcohol and aerial don’t mix well and if any party members are thought to be under the influence, they will not be allowed to participate but may still be charged.

startING at £100 for 4, with additional guests being charged £25pp. We recommend a maximum of 20 participants. SPECTATORS ARE ALSO WELCOME SHOULD MEMBERS OF YOUR GROUP WISH TO TAKE PHOTOS BUT NOT PARTICIPATE.

PRIVATE INDIVIDUAL SESSIONS (1-12 PEOPLE)

If you are too shy to jump into your first group class, or you’d like more 1-2-1 time with your instructor to nail those nemesis moves, then why not book a private session? These can be booked (depending on instructor availability) at any time outside our regular scheduled class times and last for 60minutes. Private sessions can be tailored to your individual needs and can be booked for 1 – 3 people. They are charged at £45 per hour for 1-2-1, £60 for 2-2-1 or £25pp for 3 OR MORE. YOU CAN SEE REGULAR SLOTS ON OUR TIMETABLE. If you would prefer alternate times or instructors, SEND us an email or speak to your instructor directly.

Please note: sessions with Natalie, our head instructor, are available at both the main studio and also her home studio so double check the address when booking. She can cover pole, hoop, hammock, flexibility, PT, Pre & Post corrections and more. She also offers sports massage and cupping therapy, and has various massage / rehab and strength programs available too. Custom packages are available upon REQUEST.
