STRONG & STRETCHY

This class is designed for all abilities, from the beginner who can’t touch their toes, to the human slinkies out there. Each week, we SHIFT focus FROM the upper body (shoulders, neck and back) TO the lower body (hips, hamstrings, all the splits) in order to improve our overall flexibility.

We use various forms of stretching techniques UTILISING MUSCLE ENGAGEMENT to not only increase our range but build whole body strength and core stability. Flexibility is so important to all for continued mobility and movement in general life, as well as helping to avoid injuries. From a selfish point of view, it also massively improves our tricks on the pole and IN THE AIR! This class is a great alternative to yoga, sharing LOTS OF THE BENEFITS BUT PACKING AN EXTRA PUNCH.
