POLE FITNESS

Our pole classes are all about building strength, grace, power, flexibility and above all, empowerment! There are endless positives to joining pole, both physically and mentally.

Pole is an exceptionally exciting, addictive way to improve fitness whilst meeting some amazing people going through the same rollercoaster (and at times) infuriating journey as you. You’ll build strong, lean muscles, stretch them out, tie them in knots attempting the poses your instructor has planned for you and then finally soothe their aches for a couple days after until you start the game again next week! You need nothing to start classes; ALL the physical requirements will be met and gained in class with time and practice.

We love all styles of pole – pure strength, flexy tricks, classic contemporary flow, and of course, the joy that is dancing in 8inch heels!

Classes are fully adaptable and inviting, there’s no judgement here and it takes just a moment in class to realise that’s the genuine truth – we’re all far to busy trying not to fall off and onto our faces to notice your non existent cellulite!
