AERIAL HOOP

Aerial hoop (or Lyra) is a large steel hoop suspended from the ceiling (NOT HULA HOOP AS SOME PEOPLE CONFUSE US WITH!) It’s an up and coming circus style fitness class that’s reminiscent of your childhood hanging off monkey bars at the park… and if that wasn’t you as a child, then now’s the time to see what you were missing!

It’s open to all ability levels, YOU DON’T NEED TO BE STRONG OR FLEXIBLE TO GET STARTED, and although rather challenging at times, it’s very rewarding! YOU WILL build strength and flexibility transferable to other aerial arts and fitness forms, AS WELL AS TONING YOUR WHOLE BODY AND IMPROVING MOBILITY.

As aerial hoop requires no skin grip, it’s also a great alternative to Pole fitness for anyone not so keen on jumping into their shorts just yet!

EXPECT SORE KNEES, SORE HANDS AND SORE CHEEKS FROM LAUGHING SO MUCH!
