A dynamic evening flow designed to build strength, focus, and body awareness. Expect a steady, moderately challenging sequence linking breath and movement to energize the body while calming the mind. We’ll finish with slower stretches and relaxation to help you unwind and reset for the evening. SUITABLE FOR ALL ABILITIES AND INTERESTS, NOT JUST AERIALISTS!
