WHAT WE LOOK FOR IN OUR INSTRUCTORS:
experience in your chosen discipline and a commitment to ongoing training
passion to develop your skills, which may include completing certifications
a relaxed, friendly and approachable nature
patience and understanding that each individual is different and that’s to be embraced
reliability & good time management
who we will consider:
experienced, qualified instructors in any class types
aerialists who have enjoyed their chosen discipline for 2 years or more with no prior teaching experience
those with experience with coaching children in either a voluntary or paid position
members of our teen circus classes aged 14 - 18 interested in become an assistant instructor or simply to gain experience for future educational / job applications. please note, under 16’s would be a voluntary position assisting for a maximum of 1 hour per week. once 16 years of age, they may have the opportunity to become a paid staff member.
