This is a drop in class that plays with all styles of pole dance, set to musical theatre songs and soundtracks from the big screen. Each week, we will learn a short pole/floor based choreography or sequence. Sometimes they may be sexy, playful heels choreo and others more contemporary sock flow, depending on the song! You can also expect the downright ridiculous! Heels are always optional (and routine dependant)! Please note, some routines may be listed as heels below, but may later be better suited to socks as the choreography develops. Knee pads and a good sense of humour are highly advised. These sessions are on a drop in basis rather than a month long commitment like our traditional routine classes. No dance / pole experience necessary.
