SPRING INTO BLOOM RESTORATIVE YOGA WORKSHOP

Friday 1 May, 6.15pm – 8.15pm

🌷 6.15pm – 7.00pm: Vinyasa Flow
We begin with an uplifting 45-minute sequence inspired by the rising energy of the season. This practice focuses on "branching out" through heart-opening sequences. 

🌻7.00pm – 7.15pm: Herbal Tea Break 
This is a moment for mindful connection and a gentle transition from movement to stillness.

🌹7.15pm – 8.15pm: Restorative Yoga & Guided Meditation 
Shift into 45 minutes of deep, supported rest using blocks to settle into passive poses designed to nourish the nervous system. 
We conclude with a 15-minute meditation enabling you to visualise your intentions taking hold and blossoming, leaving you feeling balanced, refreshed, and ready for the bright days ahead.

πŸƒWhat to bring: Comfortable layers for the restorative section and a reusable mug for your herbal tea.
